Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
• PMP certification preferred
Required experience/skills:
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in change management
• Prior project management experience required
• Prior experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry required
• Strong program planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Experience monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Job duties:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate outcomes to achieve overall program objectives
• Plan, implement, and monitor program schedules from initiation through delivery
• Define, track, and report program roadmaps, status updates, development issues, and key success metrics
• Identify, assess, and monitor program risks, and develop and execute mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, performance, and adherence to schedules
• Develop, manage, and control program budgets
• Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and coordination across cross-functional project teams
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle
• Apply change management principles to support program and organizational transitions
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact individual projects or the overall program - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
