Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public health, healthcare administration, or a related discipline with appropriate healthcare project management or quality experience; or a BSN, LPN, BPharm, or comparable clinical background

Preferred Education/Licensure:
• Active RN, LPN, or RPh license

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in public health, clinical project management, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare access challenges; experience with rare hematologic conditions is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking/project management tools

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• Experience with Medicaid or public health programs
• Experience with healthcare quality improvement or outcomes measurement
• Experience supporting grant-funded programs or initiatives
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic access programs
• Experience with rare disease, specialty pharmacy, hematology, or other complex healthcare access programs

Healthcare Project Manager – Public Health & Rare Disease Job Responsibilities:
• Support implementation and day-to-day coordination of the healthcare access model
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track follow-up activities
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare, community, government, and other project stakeholders
• Coordinate communication across multiple project teams and partners
• Monitor project progress and identify issues that could affect timelines or deliverables
• Help develop and track program measures, benchmarks, and outcomes
• Organize project data and documentation and maintain accurate project records
• Prepare status updates, progress reports, presentations, and other project materials
• Provide regular updates to the Project Director regarding accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming priorities
