Job Description
Degrees Preferred:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications



Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms, specifically

• Experience with Rainfocus

• Demonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross-functional teams

• Experience defining and tracking metrics and running programs to improve operational performance



Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Splast or Cvent

• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training delivery skills

• Enablement/Change Management experience

• Training experience

• Marketing, specifically with events experience



Years of Experience & in what:

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing or events operations, or program management



Overview:

Drive adoption and change management for Client transition to RainFocus as the events platform. Partner across marketing, events, and vendor teams to onboard users, build enablement, stand up a sustainable support model, and migrate off prior platforms.



Job Responsibilities:

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout: stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teams

• Build and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters

• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead the migration from prior event platforms (Splash, Cvent) to RainFocus, including workflow mapping and template and config parity

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Client stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team; triage enablement workstreams

• Identify and track adoption and enablement KPIs (active users, event volume, time to launch, support ticket trends), using data to target improvements

• Gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements; communicate tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status concisely to stakeholders and leadership

• Capture and maintain a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform after transition
