Overview:
Client is seeking a temporary Program Manager to support cross-functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for initiatives related to incentive programs and marketing science. In this role, you will help coordinate stakeholders, track progress against key milestones, and drive clear communication and documentation to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. This is a temporary role and is not a full-time position at Client.
Summary:
Program Manager to run end-to-end operations for a new suite of Go-Big measurement pilots that accelerate advertiser adoption of incrementality-based measurement (Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, Partner Lift) as their source of truth for budgeting.
You'll own the day-to-day mechanics — advertiser and agency enrolment, eligibility verification, credit allocation, qualifying-event tracking, and disbursement — while serving as the operational point of contact across Marketing Science, Monetization Incentives, Agency teams, Data Science, and Legal & Compliance. You'll build the tracking dashboards and leadership updates, flag risks and anti-gaming signals, and document the SOPs that make these pilots scalable.
Responsibilities
• Support program planning and day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to align on requirements, scope, deliverables, and success metrics
• Drive program operating rhythms (e.g., status reporting, agendas, meeting notes, action-item tracking) and maintain documentation
• Monitor program performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Partner with analytics and marketing science stakeholders to help translate insights into actionable program recommendations
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and helping implement scalable workflows
