About the Role
As part of the GTM Programs & Operations team within Client's Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE), the Staff Non-Technical Product Manager will be a strategic driver in building and scaling the pricing, tiering, benefits, and incentives infrastructure for our unified Partner Program. This individual will design and operationalize the systems, policies, and cross-functional workflows that underpin our next-generation, points-based partner program and flexible commercial models.
In this role, you will collaborate across GPE, Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, Legal, GTM Ops and other cross-functional teams to bring the Benefits Marketplace vision to life. You'll lead initiatives that align business logic, partner experience, and operational scale to ensure every partner—regardless of type—can understand their status, earn points, and unlock benefits that drive joint success.
This is a critical hire as Client shifts to a platform-first company. You'll help redefine how we measure partner value and build the processes that make our ecosystem scalable, intelligent, and equitable.

Duties:
• Tiering System Ownership: Lead the operational design and evolution of a points-based tiering framework
• Define tier progression criteria, attribution logic, and enforcement policies to ensure fairness, consistency, and auditability
• Partner with data science and analytics to ensure transparency in point accrual and tier scoring logic
• Benefits & Incentives Strategic Execution: Co-lead the rollout of the Benefits Marketplace, including operational processes for points redemption, eligibility, and benefit delivery across tiers
• Define rules and automation requirements for pricing and incentives (e.g., rebates, revenue share bonuses, MDF eligibility, technical support access, enablement unlocks, etc.) Design scalable mechanisms for pilots and phased GA rollouts tied to ecosystem impact
• Program Infrastructure & Data Governance: Partner with product and systems teams to integrate tiering logic into the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system
• Collaborate with data teams to define source-of-truth systems, telemetry tracking, and dashboards for partner and internal visibility
• Ensure system alignment between PRM, payout systems, and downstream tooling
• Cross-functional Alignment & Governance: Drive alignment with legal, finance, and compliance teams on tiering, revenue recognition, and incentive governance
• Serve as the operational voice in the Program Leadership Council (PLC), representing how benefits should scale with partner impact
• Own program health KPIs related to tier mobility, incentive adoption, and benefit utilization
• Operational Scaling & Process Design:
• Identify and operationalize high-ROI process automations across the tiering and benefits lifecycle
• Build and refine SOPs for internal teams to administer partner benefits and enforce tiering decisions
• Support future-state vision of AI-augmented tier scoring, smart benefit routing, and personalized partner experience
What You'll Bring

  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
