Job Description
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's in computer science Engineer or related field



Minimum Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a technical program manager capacity or similar role, in technology, computer software or related industry

• Experience working directly with software development teams on complex initiatives involving multiple teams and in an Agile environment

• Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems, cloud services, and / or cloud platform

• Experience managing different company stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, product managers and designers

• Demonstrated experience developing presentations and written communications on program status for different company stakeholders

• Ability to impart a sense of urgency, zeal for process and operational excellence

• Experience using technical tools to scale programs and solutions.



Certification Required: PMP



Preferred Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of system design and data analytics

• Experience in leading technical program for cloud products and platforms

• 5+ years of experience in driving program delivery in an Agile environment

• Knowledge of the Media and Entertainment industry landscape

• Experience in any Media or Entertainment setting, that demonstrates a clear connection to customers and stakeholders



Top 3 experience:

1. Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems, cloud services, and / or cloud platform

2. Familiarity with VFX or film/tv products - nice to have

3. Experience with Agile practices



Position Overview

Client Entertainment & Media Solutions (EMS) team is on a mission to enable anyone, anywhere, to create incredible digital entertainment. As we drive the transformation of the Media & Entertainment industry to the cloud, we are seeking skilled Technical Program Manager to help us excel in program execution. You’ll be part of an exciting cloud transformation journey and you'll help us implement our platform for media & entertainment customers (Client Flow). In this impactful role, you’ll work across product management, software engineering, and UX design teams, and you’ll facilitate cross-collaboration within EMS so we can successfully deliver technical solutions. You will be accountable for the complex delivery of technical programs and initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.



To be successful in this role, you possess a blend of technical expertise, business acumen and a strong capacity to build and develop relationships across different teams and organizational levels.



Responsibilities

• Create alignment on cross organizations initiatives through outcome driven planning, dependency management and impediment removal

• Communicate program updates, initiatives and achievements to Client teams and divisional leadership

• Engage with engineering leadership and teams to build clear delivery plans

• Monitor and refine delivery plans throughout program execution and communicate frequently with stakeholders about progress against goals

• Work with teams to remove impediments, own risk identification, mitigate potential roadblocks, and improve internal team's satisfaction of our delivery process

• Lead program efforts to deliver technical solutions from design to implementation

• Promote continuous improvement by driving change through retrospectives and lessons learned
