Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• 7+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations
• Experience developing integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Exposure to enterprise resilience, operational resilience, crisis management, global security, business continuity, risk management, or governance programs.
• Experience working in global security, intelligence, or fusion center environments.
• Familiarity with crisis simulation exercises, incident response coordination, or real-event support
• Strong execution management and delivery leadership experience
• Experience managing risks, issues, action logs, and escalations
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills without direct authority
• Experience coordinating business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational teams
• Executive reporting, governance reporting, and presentation development experience
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
• Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred.

Senior Project Manager – Crisis & Incident Management Overview
• Lead execution and delivery of a high-visibility Enterprise Crisis & Incident Management initiative focused on enhancing organizational resilience capabilities
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple workstreams related to crisis management, communications, technology workflows, operational readiness, security, cyber, risk, and business functions
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups
• Drive accountability across workstream owners by maintaining action logs, tracking deliverables, escalating blockers, and ensuring milestone completion
• Partner with business, technology, security, compliance, risk, communications, and operational stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum
• Facilitate governance forums, executive steering committees, working groups, and leadership reviews
• Prepare executive-level status reporting, decision-support materials, dashboards, and program updates for senior leadership
• Manage dependencies across business and technology teams while supporting issue resolution and risk mitigation activities
• Ensure deliverables, timelines, ownership, and readiness criteria remain visible and actively managed
• Support initiatives operating in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments where rapid decision-making and execution discipline are critical
• Contribute to the successful implementation of enhanced crisis management capabilities, operational readiness programs, and enterprise resilience initiatives
• Act as the central delivery leader driving execution, coordination, governance, communication, and program performance across all workstreams

Job Duties
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps
• Coordinate multiple workstream owners and stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Maintain action logs and proactively follow up on deliverables and commitments
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and risk mitigation activities
• Track progress against milestones and communicate delivery status to leadership
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and governance materials
• Facilitate governance meetings, working groups, and executive steering committee sessions
• Ensure ownership, accountability, and visibility across all workstreams
• Manage cross-functional dependencies involving business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational teams
• Support decision-making processes through clear reporting and actionable recommendations
• Monitor program health, delivery performance, risks, and readiness activities
• Coordinate activities supporting crisis management, resilience, communications, technology, and operational initiatives
