Job Description
Required Education

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.



Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing projects.

• Demonstrated strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects effectively.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging presentations to senior stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in navigating regulatory environments and managing compliance requirements within advertising is a plus (not mandatory).



Overview

The Client’s Advertising team is at the forefront of shaping its brands presence and connecting with its audience. The team is a dynamic and collaborative group responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various channels. The Client is looking for a highly capable and strategic individual to join its team as an Advertising Associate, playing a pivotal role in driving its advertising initiatives.



Job Duties

• Conduct in-depth creative reviews, providing strategic feedback and ensuring creative assets align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience insights.

• Take initiative and accountability for project success from conception to completion, driving outcomes and proactively resolving challenges.

• Lead and manage complex advertising projects, defining scope, setting timelines, and ensuring successful execution and delivery.

• Act as a primary liaison with external advertising agencies and key external and internal business partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring optimal collaboration and performance.

• Oversee the regulatory and compliance review process for all advertising materials, proactively identifying potential issues and ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards.

• Prepare and deliver high-impact executive-level presentations, articulating campaign strategies, performance, and key insights to senior leadership.
