Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX Operations, Research Operations, Program Management, or a related field

• Proven experience supporting Research and Design teams within a highly matrixed, product-driven organization

• Strong familiarity with research planning, study tracking, and repository management practices

• Experience developing frameworks to measure research impact from intake through adoption

• Experience supporting user journeys across employee, enterprise, or business partner segments

• Exposure to service design and/or cross-channel experience initiatives



Preferred Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to translate complex research operations into scalable, repeatable processes

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities



Overview

We are seeking a Contingent UX Research Program Manager to support the planning, prioritization, and operational management of UX Research across a large, complex portfolio. This role will partner closely with UX Research leadership to drive alignment with enterprise priorities, optimize research intake and capacity, and improve visibility into ongoing and planned studies.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in research operations or program management and excels at building scalable frameworks that connect research efforts to measurable business impact.



Key Responsibilities

• Partner with UX Research leadership to manage research operations across enterprise and portfolio priorities

• Establish and maintain operating rhythms, trackers, and reporting to ensure visibility into research activities

• Support prioritization of research initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and team capacity

• Develop and evolve frameworks that connect research intake, execution, outputs, outcomes, and business impact

• Define and implement methods for measuring the impact of research on product decisions, user experience, and organizational outcomes

• Improve transparency and communication across stakeholders regarding research plans, progress, and results

• Portfolio-level research tracking and reporting mechanisms

• Standardized intake and prioritization frameworks

• Capacity planning and resource allocation models

• Measurement frameworks linking research outcomes to business impact

• Clear documentation and communication of research insights and value
