Job Description
CLIENT JOB ID: 1472

Required Education:

• HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Required Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years in business operations, process improvement, analytics, or a hybrid role requiring both execution and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to independently define work, execute deliverables, and drive measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments.

• Strong reporting and data skills (Excel; experience with automation tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI; ability to learn quickly).

• Experience documenting processes clearly (SOPs, workflows, process maps, RACI, runbooks).

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build credibility quickly across all organizational levels.

• Comfort taking thoughtful risks, testing solutions, and iterating.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building SharePoint sites/information architecture, including governance and content strategy.

• Experience with data extraction from operational systems.

• Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or similar process improvement training (not required).

• Experience in vendor services/performance, shared services, or enterprise operations.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Process & Operations Analyst (Contract) who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by building practical solutions. This role is for a doer—someone who can identify what needs to be done, execute the work, and proactively engage partners across the enterprise to achieve outcomes. Initial focus includes producing daily operational reporting, then designing and implementing automation to remove manual effort. Over time, the role expands to leading process improvement initiatives, building standardized documentation, and helping develop our team’s SharePoint-based operating system.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Reporting & Automation: Pull and publish daily reporting; analyze sources/definitions; build automation using available tools (e.g., Excel/Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL where applicable); document logic and controls.

• Process Improvement & Documentation: Map current state; identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; design future state; write SOPs, workflows, RACI, decision trees, and controls; drive adoption with stakeholders.

• Execution-Focused Project Delivery: Own deliverables end-to-end; create artifacts (requirements, test plans, runbooks); coordinate inputs from others while personally completing assigned work.

• Team Infrastructure: Build and maintain standardized templates; establish documentation standards; develop and curate a process library and reporting catalog.

• SharePoint Build-Out: Design site architecture; develop pages/libraries; ensure version control, metadata, searchability, and governance.

• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships enterprise-wide; communicate clearly with leaders and frontline partners; influence without authority; escalate and resolve blockers.

What Success Looks Like (First 30/60/90 Days):

• 30 Days: Produce accurate daily reporting with clear definitions; learn key workflows and stakeholders; identify top 3 automation opportunities; create documentation templates.

• 60 Days: Deliver first automated reporting solution (or robust prototype) with validation; publish initial SOPs/process maps for priority workflows; organize SharePoint structure and permissions plan.

• 90 Days: Operationalize automated reporting with monitoring and handoffs; standardize at least 2–3 end-to-end processes with adoption; implement SharePoint knowledge hub (process library, templates, FAQs).
  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
