Required Education
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the supply chain technology field.
• Strong data science, root causing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and API/EDI integrations.
• Knowledge of ERP, AWS, TMS, and Supply Chain Visibility systems.
• Understanding of the application development / configuration process.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Ability and desire to learn new technical tools and software.
• Ability to produce results with minimal direction.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work within a team setting.
• Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Good presentation skills.
2. LEAN trained (regardless of achievement level).
3. Project Management across larger end-to-end supply chain technology.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of Baxter’s transportation and control tower solutions along with backend data architecture.
• Work on multiple projects and deliverables from design through implementation and user adoption.
• Possess strong design thinking capability to drive solutions for complex supply chain issues.
• Act as the liaison between business and IT for requirements and for supporting existing applications.
• Partner and translate business requirements into application and data requirements; offer recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes.
• Support global rollouts of multiple transportation and fulfillment systems in different geographies.
• Understand and implement business use cases from requirements and design through UAT and go-live. Continuously work with end users to enable user adoption.
• Attend to Critical & Major production issues jointly with IT and develop preventive solutions to ensure robust system performance.
• Drive global alignment in processes and user adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify KPIs and develop dashboards and reports to monitor and measure supply chain performance.
• Develop, maintain, and establish operational specifications for transportation systems including information flow, configuration setup, testing, and ad hoc reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to perform root-cause analysis of complex issues and uncover solutions, trends, and opportunities.
• Proactively provide insight and solutions from the data and analyze trends to support regional/strategic decision-making.
• Provide testing support through SIT and UAT phases of the project.
