Job Description Summary

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Program/Project Manager with strong strategic leadership and enterprise project management experience to contribute toward the success of critical business initiatives. This individual will manage large-scale enterprise business and technical enablement projects, directing the overall work efforts of cross-functional project teams.

The ideal candidate will provide oversight to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule goals for highly complex, large-scale, multi-year initiatives. This role manages programs and projects from initial concept through post-implementation, including multiple implementation cycles. The successful candidate will possess the credibility and expertise to lead teams effectively, develop high-value business strategies and solutions, and accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues.

This role will focus on driving execution and progress on key workstreams with executive stakeholder engagement and alignment, supporting overall Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and delivering a strong consumer and merchant experience for both Minimum Viable Product (MVP) initiatives and long-term target state designs.



Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple related projects with complex dependencies and shared resources while mentoring others in project planning methodologies and tools.

• Lead project, program, and workstream activities while partnering with business leaders to define scope, drive execution, and ensure sustainable outcomes.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and executive stakeholders.

• Support team development while holding teams accountable for commitments, removing roadblocks, and driving successful delivery using Agile methodologies.

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, tracking mechanisms, and performance benchmarks.

• Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues to the appropriate leadership levels.

• Prioritize and clarify project plan activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Create and deliver effective, concise, and executive-level communications for program and project stakeholders.

• Lead discussions involving complex business and technical concepts with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Support enterprise transformation initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and system or operational conversions.
