Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in program operations, partner management, or business operations roles—preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven success in taking a new product to market and driving adoption, and designing and scaling operational workflows that support external partner ecosystems
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (GTM Finance, Legal, Rev Rec, Product) and driving alignment in a matrixed environment
• Data-driven decision-maker with a strong ability to analyze process efficiency and impact
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to manage ambiguity and complexity with clarity
Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Familiarity with revenue operations, compliance, and lifecycle management best practices is highly desirable
• Experience taking a new product to market in multiple / international markets
Senior Partner Program Ops Role & Responsibilities:
Partner Lifecycle Management -
• Design and manage the end-to-end partner journey (onboarding, active engagement, and offboarding) across both self-serve and managed models
• Ensure accurate downstream system enablement (eg, provisioning, billing, tier access)
• Partner with internal teams to enforce compliance policies and offboard partners no longer in good standing
Partner Tier & Benefits Management -
• Develop and manage upgrade/downgrade mechanisms based on partner performance and engagement
• Define operational processes to support tier eligibility assessments and transitions
• Collaborate with GTM Finance, Marketing, and other teams to align tier benefits with partner goals and Client strategy
Access Fees & Operations -
• Monitor and manage access fee exemptions and terms throughout the partner lifecycle
• Support accurate revenue recognition and program compliance across commercial models
Partner Support & Communications -
• Work across teams to help establish a Program Support Desk to triage partner inquiries and route technical/product issues to the right teams
• Maintain a partner comms calendar and lead execution of technical, marketing, and program updates
• Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to create and distribute clear, partner-friendly content
Operational Insights & Program Health -
• Define, maintain, and report on program KPIs and health metrics
• Monitor adoption and usage patterns to flag friction points and improvement areas
• Track partner feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
Process Design, Automation & Scalability -
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and simplification of manual workflows (eg, onboarding flows, exemption reviews)
• Design scalable operational models to support program evolution and partner growth
• Serve as the connective tissue across systems, tools, and teams to ensure operational excellence and partner satisfaction - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
