Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent



Required Qualifications:

• Program management experience

• Forecasting and budgeting

• Stakeholder collaboration (account management, operations)

• Strong Excel skills

• Accurate forecasting

• An accomplished Program Manager

• Proficiency in MS Office required



Preferred Qualifications:

• Utility experience preferred but not required

• MBA (nice to have)

• Experience in regulated environments

• Experience with rebate, incentive, or demand response programs



This role supports Large C&I Demand Response programs at client. These voluntary programs allow customers to temporarily reduce energy usage during peak grid stress events.



Job Duties

• Manage 2–3 demand response programs across multiple states

• Oversee customer enrollments and account management enablement

• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and program performance

• Produce program reports and filings

• Coordinate billing, waivers, complaints, and year-end closeout

• Support enrollment planning and rule communication

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span

• Manage multiple projects and orchestrate results to achieve broad program goals

• Plan and implement schedules and monitor programs from inception through delivery ensuring all deadlines are met

• Define and report program status, development issues, and success metrics

• Identify and monitor areas of risk

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule

• Manage to budgets

• Facilitate communication and coordination among projects

• Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

• Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal process/practices impacting programs

• Adhere to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques
