Required Education:

• Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.



Preferred Certifications:

• PMP



Required Skills:

• Hardware / NPI program management (consumer electronics or wearables)

• Overseas contract-manufacturer build execution (e.g., Huaqin): builds, PRQ, tooling deployment

• Strong cross-functional leadership with crisp, exec-ready status reporting



Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Electrical Engineering/ test / manufacturing concepts

• Wearables / consumer-electronics experience

• Comfort working alongside AI / data tooling

• Mandarin



Travel Required :

• Yes — International (China / Huaqin), ~1 trip per quarter around factory builds

Overview

Drive end-to-end hardware program execution for the AI Factory pod (Reality Labs, Wrist Hardware), with deep factory-floor and overseas contract-manufacturer experience in China.



Responsibilities:

• Own program schedules, build planning, and milestone tracking across EE, PD, test, and manufacturing.

• Coordinate contract-manufacturer execution at Huaqin and other China CMs -- builds, PRQ, and on-line tooling deployment.

• Drive cross-functional alignment, risk tracking, and crisp, exec-ready status reporting.

• Manage dependencies across the AI Factory tooling (triage, inspect, SOP, dashboard) and the wrist programs it serves (Ceres2, Coop).

• Travel to China around key builds.
