Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience



Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management (high-tech industry preferred)

• Proven track record of managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects with multiple internal customers

• Highly collaborative style capable of building and maintaining positive relationships across departments; effectively building consensus and resolving complex issues within the project team. Experience escalating issues, making trade-offs, balancing the business need versus other constraints to maximize business benefit.

• Agency experience preferred; you love working with creative personalities

• Strong analytical, digital marketing, and project management skills

• Relentless attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines

• Ability to look at a large-scale program at the macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across a cross-functional team

• Familiarity with creative, multimedia and web development processes and file formats

• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with people at all levels

• Team oriented; capable of working effectively in a matrix organization and autonomously

• A genuine interest or experience with AI tools (e.g., project tracking, automation platforms, data analysis tools) and a willingness to integrate them into day-to-day workflows





Seeking an experienced Senior Creative Program Manager to join our Creative Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as the key liaison between internal business partners and creative teams, ensuring high-quality marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.



You'll manage multiple high-visibility creative projects across digital marketing, web, events, social media, video, print, mobile applications, motion graphics, and 3D content while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.



Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial intake through final delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Coordinate creative resources and manage project schedules.

• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate project status.

• Partner closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure successful execution.

• Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns while balancing changing priorities.

• Coordinate external agencies and contractors when needed.

• Support resource forecasting and workflow planning.

• Ensure quality standards and project documentation are maintained.
