Job Description
*** This role is supporting NVIDIA ***



We are seeking a Studio Program Manager to support a high-performing, in-house creative studio focused on video production, photography, and 3D content. This role will partner closely with directors and production teams to coordinate shoots, manage schedules, and ensure seamless execution across a high volume of projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in video production coordination or associate producing who enjoys working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.



What We Are Looking For

• Experience in video production, studio environments, or similar hands-on production roles

• Background as a Production Coordinator, Associate Producer, or Studio Program Manager

• Strong understanding of production workflows, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post

• Proven ability to manage logistics such as call sheets, scheduling, and resourcing

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working onsite and supporting live production environments



What You Will Do

• Coordinate end-to-end production logistics for video and photography shoots

• Create and manage call sheets, schedules, and resource plans

• Support multiple concurrent productions with strong attention to detail

• Partner with directors and stakeholders to intake project requirements and align on execution

• Collaborate with editorial and post-production teams to ensure smooth workflows

• Track timelines, manage priorities, and proactively resolve issues

• Support onsite production needs and studio operations as required

• In-house studio environment with no outsourced production work

• Opportunity to work closely with creative leadership and gain exposure across multiple production disciplines
