Job Description
*** This role is supporting NVIDIA ***

Seeking a Program Manager to join its VC Alliance team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of venture capital, startups, and advanced technology—partnering with leading investors to identify and engage high-potential startups for NVIDIA’s global ecosystem.

You will play a key role in evaluating venture portfolios, recruiting innovative startups into the NVIDIA Inception program, and building scalable processes to support long-term ecosystem growth.

What we need to see

• 2+ years of experience working directly with venture capital firms, startup accelerators, or in a startup facing role within a technology company.

• 2+ years of experience in an operational, program management, or ecosystem/partnerships role where you owned pipelines, processes, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze startup portfolios, understand different business models, and prioritize opportunities aligned to strategic themes.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders inside and outside the company.

• Entrepreneurial, self directed working style, comfortable operating in a fast moving, highly cross functional environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills, with attention to detail in managing data and metrics.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Existing relationships with leading global VCs, CVCs, or sovereign wealth funds and familiarity with their portfolios.

• Experience as a startup founder, early employee, investor, or operator in a startup accelerator or venture platform role focused on portfolio support.

• Background in AI, ML, data infrastructure, or other deep tech domains, with the ability to engage credibly with technical founders.

• Prior experience building or optimizing CRM based workflows and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce) for partnerships or portfolio management.

What you’ll be doing

• Systematically review portfolios of top-tier VCs, CVCs, and other investors to identify high potential startups that are a strong fit for NVIDIA Inception and platform partnerships.

• Drive outreach campaigns to portfolio companies, educate them on NVIDIA’s AI and accelerated computing stack, and guide qualified startups through application and onboarding into Inception.

• Build and manage scalable processes and tooling (lists, dashboards, playbooks) to track portfolio reviews, startup pipeline, and conversion into Inception and other partnership tracks.

• Design and execute onboarding journeys for new VC Alliance members, including education on NVIDIA strategy, benefits, and engagement models for their portfolio companies.

• Partner closely with Inception Partner Managers, Business Development, and Product teams to align startup recruiting with NVIDIA’s strategic focus areas (e.g., generative AI, autonomous vehicles, robotics, healthcare, and other key verticals).

• Coordinate VC facing and startup facing touchpoints such as portfolio briefings, office hours, demo days, and sessions at NVIDIA’s GPU Technology Conference and other key events.

• Serve as the day to day point of contact for a subset of priority VC Alliance partners, providing regular portfolio insights, performance reporting, and recommendations on new startups to engage.

• Maintain accurate records of VC accounts, portfolio mapping, and startup engagement using Salesforce (or similar CRM), and track KPIs around startup recruitment and partner activation.

  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
