Years of Experience:
• 5+ years of contingent workforce project management experience

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

What we need to see:
• 5+ years of contingent workforce project management experience, with a proven track record in fast-moving and fast-scaling environments.
• In-depth knowledge of contingent workforce management best practices and contingent worker classifications.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves and actively manage job requests, workforce operations, and vendor performance.
• Experience utilizing a VMS (Beeline preferred).
• Experience with Coupa and CLM Docusign a plus.
• Excellent operational, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with contract management, vendor negotiations, and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects and tasks.
• Demonstrates a strong team-oriented mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.

What you will do:
• Manage all aspects of the contingent workforce lifecycle for all contingent worker types and globally.
• Obsess over customer service and ensure hiring managers experience a seamless, efficient, and frictionless process when engaging contingent workers.
• Develop and optimize policies and processes to reduce admin burden and accelerate hiring.
• Monitor program health, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and provide guidance on workforce solutions, internal policies, and staffing strategies.
• Identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships ensuring optimal support and performance.
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation, proactively addressing legal and policy considerations related to contingent labor.
• Coordinate internally with various stakeholders/cross-functional group.
• Establish and operationalize scalable strategies for the contingent workforce program, in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and priorities.
• Operate with independence to identify strategic opportunities and delivering measurable business impact that advances the organization’s objectives.

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to help lead operations for our growing contingent workforce program. This role supports daily program management, drives process improvements, and partners with HR, Procurement, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless contractor engagement.

Reporting to the Head of the Contingent Workforce PMO, you’ll help create efficient processes, develop clear policies, ensure compliance, and manage an internally led program. This role requires hands-on management of job requests, daily operation of the VMS (Beeline), and real-time engagement in Outlook to support workforce needs.
