Job Description
Required Skills:
• Experience: 5+ years of strategic sourcing, negotiation, supply chain, and/or financial-related experience (7+ years preferred).
• Domain Expertise: Specific focus on Professional Services categories and Corporate Sourcing (Workplace) is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience conducting RFPs, drafting SOWs, and managing complex procurement-related programs or projects.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop innovative short- and long-term strategies.
• Operational Expert: Skilled in driving resource allocation, tracking impact, and providing data-backed recommendations.
• Connected Leader: Builds and strengthens trust across teams, influences decisions, and drives complex changes.

Description:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
• Strategy Implementation: Direct, refine, and implement sourcing strategies to drive corporate earnings, growth, and business transformation objectives.
• Market Intelligence: Connect product strategies with company goals by utilizing pricing intelligence, industry indices, and competitive benchmarks.
• Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): Drive a TCO mindset to ensure long-term value, balancing the needs of employees, customers, shareholders, and suppliers.
• Planning: Develop procurement supply and demand plans and establish sourcing objectives in collaboration with internal clients.
Execution & Operations
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the sourcing of assigned goods and services, including creating Statements of Work (SOWs), clarifying user requirements, and executing RFPs well in advance of client needs.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Lead supplier negotiations and create procurement contracts that leverage existing terms, optimize internal client advantages, and minimize risk.
• Continuous Improvement: Deliver year-over-year cost/quality performance improvements and provide recommendations for process optimizations and supporting metrics.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
• Relationship Building: Proactively build relationships with and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional procurement teams.
• Supplier Performance: Manage supplier assessments, development plans, and action plans to remedy sub-standard performance or escalations.
• Communication: Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior management.
