Job Responsibilities:

• This role is effectively a vendor governance and service management position focused on

• MSP/vendor performance oversight

• Contract governance

• Service delivery management

• Risk and compliance management

• Operational health reporting

• Business-to-vendor coordination

• Develop and implement IT outsourcing policies, standards, and procedures aligned with IT strategy.

• Administer contracts for outsourced services (e.g., help desk, data center operations) in partnership with Procurement and Legal.

• Analyze and report on vendor performance.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet business and contractual requirements.

• Oversee service delivery governance and contract compliance.

• Facilitate resolution of operational and application service issues with vendors.

• Identify risks associated with outsourced services and establish appropriate controls.

• Report operational health and service performance to business and IT leadership.

• Applies deep expertise in IT outsourcing management.

• May manage short- to mid-term projects with responsibility for costs, methods, and outcomes.

• Solves atypical challenges requiring ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.

• Has broad knowledge across related IT disciplines.

• Contributes to new processes, standards, and operational plans.

• Identifies problems and solutions.

• Supports project execution, including objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.

• Helps drive successful project outcomes.

• Exercises independent judgment and advises on courses of action.

• May negotiate resolutions to issues.

• Can make recommendations on scope and strategy.

• Incorrect decisions can significantly impact major projects and business objectives.
