Required Education

Required Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 5+ years of project management experience in a related field
• 2+ years of contract management experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience developing medium to complex project schedules using MS Project
• Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasting
• Experience interpreting and/or designing electrical single-line and logic diagrams
• Ability to read and interpret construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings

Preferred Skills
• Experience with OSHA safety standards and practices
• Experience supporting physical security technology projects
• Vendor coordination and construction oversight experience
• Financial reporting and variance analysis experience

Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage a portfolio of physical security technology capital projects
• Lead project risk mitigation efforts and escalate issues to PMO leadership and Corporate Security stakeholders
• Review physical security engineering plans/drawings to ensure compliance with security standards, procedures, and business goals
• Coordinate daily with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding project scope, schedule, budgets, and field activities
• Present project status updates during daily, weekly, and monthly PMO meetings
• Maintain and update project status reports, including scope, schedule, and financial progress
• Lead vendor activities to ensure construction efforts meet schedules and capital spend commitments
• Support monthly financial variance analysis for assigned projects
• Prepare project charters including business cases, budgets, schedules, and project requirements
• Attend field job walks for project assessments and new engagements
• Facilitate project status meetings with project teams as needed
• Maintain detailed project accounting documentation and tracking
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, outlooks, and MS Project schedules
• Review vendor daily reports to ensure quality and progress align with client standards
• Promote project safety and safe work practices in compliance with client safety standards
