Job Description
Required Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education
• Associate's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.

Required Experience
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and meeting competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience conducting field/site visits with reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience reviewing development, construction, or engineering plans.
• Knowledge of property rights, title research, or land records.
• Experience supporting utility, infrastructure, construction, or land management projects.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Google Earth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills
• SAP proficiency.
• Ability to interpret development or engineering drawings.
• Understanding of easements, encroachments, and property rights.
• Familiarity with utility or municipal project processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Process and coordinate license renewal activities.
• Perform field inspections for licenses and encroachments.
• Identify and help resolve property encroachment issues.
• Review plans to verify consent compatibility and compliance.
• Attend and support project meetings with internal teams, cities, developers, and project managers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
• Coordinate activities with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
