Education

• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred

Experience

• Critical Skill Filter: While standard enterprise experience is required, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience is the primary differentiator. Candidates with AEP background will be fast-tracked and prioritized over those without it.

• 10+ years of enterprise IT program or project management experience

• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives

• Vendor management and integration program experience

• Financial management and risk management experience

• Executive stakeholder communication experience

• Experience managing Agile Program Increment Planning activities

Tech Skills

• Jira

• Confluence

• Agile methodologies

• Program Increment Planning

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
