Role Overview



This role supports a Par Optimization project within hospital departments, focusing on standardizing supply levels and improving supply chain efficiency across facilities.



You’ll work closely with Supply Chain leadership (Directors, etc.) and be responsible for executing project plans, gathering data, and driving implementation across sites.



-Key Responsibilities



Support par level optimization across hospital departments

Use templates and follow established “How-To” guides to collect and analyze data

Partner with stakeholders to standardize supply processes across facilities

Analyze data using Excel and present findings

Communicate updates and progress to leadership

Drive project execution independently after initial ramp-up



Training & Ramp-Up

First 30 days: Intensive training with Hiring Manager and team

30–60 days: Transition to independent project ownership



-Travel Requirements

Must be comfortable driving (MVR required)

Travel between sites may be required (up to ~100 miles, not daily)

Overnight stays possible for longer distances (hotel expenses covered)



-Required Qualifications

3–5 years of Project/Program Management experience

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP required)

Experience with:

Data analysis

Project planning tools

PowerPoint and communication with stakeholders

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ask detailed questions



-Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

ERP systems

Inventory management

Finance/accounting concepts
