Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Preferred License/Certification:
• PMP from PMI
Required Experience:
• 8 years of experience in technology programs and project management
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and data analytics digital trends
• Has led large scale complex programs to successful completion
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Passionate and driven self-starter who consistently strives to achieve outstanding results
Preferred Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in managing AI projects
• 5+ years of experience in demand management

Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the enterprise intake and orchestration lead for AI initiatives, ensuring investments are aligned to corporate strategy, value realization, and responsible AI principles
• Lead a portfolio of high-impact data, analytics, and AI programs, providing program governance, delivery oversight, and executive-level reporting
• Enable enterprise data and AI transformation by collaborating with business, technology, and data management teams to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation
• Manage program and project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and projects are completed within the allocated budget
• Identify potential risks to the success of projects and develop comprehensive mitigation plans to address these risks proactively
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members from different departments to achieve project objectives
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes, and any issues that arise, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives
• Track project milestones and assess the performance of projects to ensure they meet the set objectives and deliver the expected outcomes
• Ensure project teams have the necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and tools, for timely and efficient execution of their tasks
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication plans, risk logs, and status reports, to ensure all project information is accurately recorded and accessible
• Ensure robust project governance to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT programs by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practice
