This role ensures that all corrective actions are managed efficiently and transparently, supporting compliance, operational performance, and ongoing process enhancement.

The Sr. Program Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain real-time visibility of corrective action status, drive timely closure, and deliver high-quality reporting to leadership. • Track the status of all corrective actions from initiation through closure, updating records in real time.
• Review dashboards and scorecards daily to monitor overdue actions, completion rates, and progress against targets.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency before publishing reports or dashboards.
• Conduct reviews of new findings, audit results, and self-reports to anticipate potential corrective actions.
• Follow up with action owners to ensure timely updates and resolution, escalating overdue or at-risk items as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation of corrective action metrics, definitions, and reporting standards.
• Continuously assess and improve corrective action management processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices to enhance effectiveness, transparency, and sustainability.

Reporting Deliverables -
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly status reports summarizing corrective action progress, overdue items, and completion rates.

• Document lessons learned and share best practices across teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements by providing timely, accurate documentation of corrective action status and outcomes.

Collaboration & Facilitation -
• Partner with Compliance, Governance, Operations, and other teams to gather and synthesize corrective action data.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions to align on priorities, next steps, and escalation of overdue actions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on corrective action performance, risk posture, and process improvement opportunities.
