• Specific Details around travel including locations, frequency, different locations throughout the same day, etc.: Primary locations will be NCAL locations such as San Francisco, Oakland, Pleasanton, and SCAL locations such as Pasadena. Typically for multi-day Planning Increments and working/collaboration sessions.
• Expected Shift: 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.; Monday - Friday

Success will be dependent upon ability to blend strong interpersonal, technical, strategic, and consultative skills to influence and lead a complex matrix organization.
Job Summary:
The Lead Marketo Architect and Strategist is a new role within the National Audience and Engagement Solutions team supporting core functions of the Client Experience Platform. You will bring your leadership, expertise, and strategic mindset to build and guide complex marketing automation solutions using Marketo; a critical core capability of the Client Experience Platform. In this role you lead customizations, integrations with other marketing systems and platforms and evolve capabilities for advanced orchestration and personalization. Your outcomes are measure by impact to growth, retention, satisfaction and seamlessly orchestrated journeys and experiences that delight. You will be part of the marketing organization collaborating cross functionally across marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects. You are the SME on best practices, advanced functionality, and capabilities with Marketo and integrated platforms (e.g., ON24, Salesforce, etc.), and will develop and maintain automation workflows, enhancing marketing and sales efficiency through dynamic and adaptive processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience.
• Minimum four (2) years experience managing operational or project budgets
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field and Minimum twelve (10) years experience in marketing, communications, or a directly related field. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Additional Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
• Five (5) years experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Two (2) years in health care or another heavily regulated industry (e.g., Banking).
• Two (2) years experience as a lead strategist and developer.
• Four (4) years experience working across multiple marketing disciplines (e.g., digital, direct, brand strategy, acquisition, etc.) or working with an agency.
• Five (5) years project management experience.
• Four (4) years working in product, agile, and/or continuous delivery working models.
• In depth knowledge and hand-on experience using Adobe Marketo Engage, including implementation, customization, and ongoing optimizations.
• Experience with lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing programs, email marketing best practices and expertise with Velocity scripting to customize email templates and landing pages.
• 8+ years marketing automation experience focusing on Marketo, with a mix of B2B, B2C, DemandGen or GTM team.
• Experience with database queries, interacting with APIs, ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), PowerBi. Adobe Experience Platform - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
