Job Description
Required Skills:
• Looking for a Technical Program Manager with 8-10 years of experience.
• Looking for someone who can help with the ServiceNow implementation program execution
• Technical implementation of a new HR case management module, a highly customized ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with SaaS based implementations, like ServiceNow implementation,s will be highly preferred
• This Technical Program Manager will be working on project plans, risk management and helping with the change request process
• Strong experience with SmartSheet, Jira and Google Suite is required
• Excellent communication skills
• helping & supporting process design framework
• Tools: Smartsheet, Jira Cloud, Google Suite
Duties:
• Strategic partner to Tech and Data owners, sponsors and drivers (PART, t4i) and bridge between business /goal and outcomes and tech and data providing insightful technical input to drive decision-making
• Translate goals to tech and data plans and roadmaps, make recommendations, drive and track E2E tech and data execution against outcomes and surface insights to leaders.
• Engage with Steerco, program and Tech and data leaders to drive outcomes, share program health
• Drive tech and data programs to ensure operational excellence and velocity, proactively identify high impact risks, dependencies, decisions and escalations in collaboration with tech and data drivers and partners.
• Formulate contingency plans for critical and high-impact items
• Plan and drive tech and data program operating mechanics, go/ no go decisions and readiness in collaboration with PMO.
• Drive scalable, repeatable agile frameworks and practices and continuous improvements through retrospectives, early awareness via demo’s and risk mitigation
• Drive the overall test strategy, standards, tools, and plans, in partnership with drivers.
• Plan and orchestrate the Cutover strategy in partnership with drivers
• Plan and develop a Hypercare strategy in collaboration with drivers
