• 5+ years in program management, strategic operations, consulting, business operations, or related roles with a focus on operational execution, strategic problem solving, and process improvement
• Proven ability to take complex and ambiguous business challenges, simplify them, design scalable solutions, evaluate multiple paths forward, and drive execution through cross-functional teams
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-quarter strategic initiatives from concept through execution, involving cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, logistics, sales, finance)
• Demonstrated success building business cases, influencing strategic decisions, and driving roadmap priorities through data-driven recommendations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build performance metrics, reporting, ROI analyses, and executive-ready recommendations
• Track record of identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions across large, distributed teams
• Excellent written communication skills; able to translate complex processes into clear guidance for field teams and concise recommendations for leadership
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to align partners, gain consensus, and drive successful program delivery
Preferred Experience
• Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, commercial program launches, business transformation initiatives, or operational excellence programs

Retail Operations creates the tools and programs that empower our teams to provide a one-of-a-kind experience. The SMB Operations and Strategy team builds the programs, systems, and processes that enable business sales specialists across 530 stores and 30+ online countries to serve small and medium business customers.
As an SMB Operations Program Manager, you will own critical programs that directly impact how SMB customers are served globally. You will help define long-term SMB strategy, drive CRM strategy and feature prioritization, and execute improvement projects such as new customer feedback mechanisms. This role requires the ability to turn ambiguity into action by developing strategic approaches, evaluating multiple solution paths, building scalable processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will be responsible for analyzing CRM data to inform roadmap decisions while creating clear communications that support the adoption of new processes and programs across field teams.
Job Duties
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Logistics, Supply, Fraud, and Product Marketing teams to streamline and optimize cross-functional processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Synthesize research, market data, and cross-functional initiatives into an executive-ready SMB strategy, diagnosing current performance versus gaps, identifying differentiated competitive advantages, and recommending priorities with investment requirements and ROI projections
• Define strategic approaches for complex business challenges, identify solution options and tradeoffs, and recommend the optimal path forward
• Drive CRM strategy and roadmap influence by analyzing CRM usage and sales team needs, recommending feature priorities, leading strategic business cases, and driving adoption initiatives to improve system usage and sales outcomes
• Execute improvement projects, including SMB trade-in programs, NPS survey launches with Customer Insights, and other operational enhancements requiring stakeholder coordination and change management
• Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through implementation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful outcomes
• Communicate program launches to field teams by writing clear and concise communications explaining new processes, system updates, and operational changes to ensure smooth adoption across all regions - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
