Job Description
Education & Experience:
• You have a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field.
• You have 8+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years of experience working as a specialist in talent management (or a related field) leading programs for a business.
Role Overview:
• Manage our talent development programs, including development planning, check-ins, and executive coaching—which includes project management, Comms, People Business Partner (PBP) support, working with vendors, etc.
• Manage our talent development program, including project management and change leadership for the new tool rollout, training strategy, and implementation.
• Partner closely with our People Business Partners (PBPs) to enable them to effectively lead adoption of the tool within their lines of business, including building manager capability for development conversations and team member engagement.
• Work closely with the analytics team to evaluate adoption and understand usage—track how team members and managers are engaging with tools and resources and implement improvements.
• Collaborate within the talent management team and with key partners to drive operational excellence across our portfolio of talent management programs.
