• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects under strict deadlines, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance).

• Experience with eSourcing tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication.



Preferred Skills:

• eSourcing tools; Oracle Fusion preferred.



Preferred Certification:

• Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) is considered a strong plus.





The RFx Program Coordinator supports the Strategic Sourcing function by managing the information, documentation, communication, and operational execution of competitive sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ). This role partners closely with the Principal Advisor – Strategic Sourcing and cross functional stakeholders to ensure RFx events are executed consistently, compliantly, and on schedule, while allowing sourcing leaders to focus on strategy, negotiations, and supplier decisions. Coordinate the end-to-end administration of RFx events (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including timelines, documentation, communications, and supplier interactions, in alignment with the organization’s Strategic Sourcing Policy and playbooks.



Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain RFx materials such as statements of work, requirements matrices, evaluation criteria, and scoring tools using approved templates and standards.

• Coordinate the end-to-end administration of RFx events (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including timelines, documentation, communications, and supplier interactions, in alignment with the organization’s Strategic Sourcing Policy and playbooks.

• Manage RFx schedules and milestones, ensuring internal stakeholders and suppliers meet submission deadlines and participation requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of coordination for RFx communications, including supplier invitations, Q&A management, addenda issuance, and submission tracking.

• Facilitate structured communication between Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance, business owners, and suppliers to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance throughout the sourcing process.

• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, approvals, and changes during RFx events.

• Support the collection, organization, and validation of supplier responses within the organization’s eSourcing tools (Oracle Fusion or approved systems).

• Compile comparative bid summaries, pricing tables, and nonfinancial response matrices to support evaluation teams.

• Assist in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis by organizing required data inputs and documentation.

• Ensure RFx activities adhere to the organization’s Strategic Sourcing, ethical procurement, and governance requirements, including competitive bidding thresholds and documentation standards.

• Maintain complete and audit ready RFx files, including supplier communications, evaluations, approvals, and award documentation.

• Track sourcing events against policy requirements and flag risks, gaps, or deviations to the Strategic Sourcing lead.
