Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator I to join our team. As a Program Coordinator I, you will play a critical role as a Pod Lead in facilitating daily red teaming operations, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams, and driving the onboarding and training process for new red teamers.
Please Note: This role involves exposure to graphic and objectionable content, including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio, writings, offensive language, and other potentially disturbing material.

Responsibilities:
•Support all execution-related tasks to ensure strong program management. Illustrative tasks might include:
(1) Review red teaming schedule and ensure instructions are clear for annotators
(2) Support technical unblocking of red teaming exercises
(3) Track performance of annotators
(4) Support strategic planning for red teaming program
•Liaise with technical writers, program coordinators, program manager, and engineers to ensure progress towards the team’s goals
•Partner with engineering teams within client

Requirements:
