Job Description
Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience / Skills
• 1+ year of experience operating production machinery
• Ability to operate plastics manufacturing equipment and follow safety, quality, and work instructions
• Basic computer skills for entering and tracking production or quality information
• Ability to inspect parts for defects, dimensions, and quality standards
• Ability to identify and report basic equipment or process issues
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, pushing, and climbing
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Experience/skills:
• Experience with routine machine maintenance, material handling, warehouse staging, or inventory systems
• OSHA-10 or equivalent safety training

Job Duties
• Operate plastics production machinery according to established procedures
• Load, unload, sort, stage, and move materials and finished products
• Inspect products for quality, defects, dimensions, and specifications
• Monitor equipment and report production, quality, or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production and quality targets and adapt to changing priorities
• Follow material handling, storage, disposal, and safety procedures
• Work with production team members and leads to maintain efficient production flow
