Required Education:

Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, printing, or mailing environment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and PC navigation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to safely operate production equipment after training.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to identify defects and perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 95% of the shift).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20–50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple machines and production processes.
• Commitment to following safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Job Summary:
• Operate printing, inserting, labeling, sorting, and mailing equipment to produce customer communications and card products.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor production machines to ensure quality, efficiency, and accurate output.
• Perform quality inspections by verifying batch information, quantities, and finished materials against work orders.
• Respond to machine error messages and make routine equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Manually insert documents into envelopes, package materials, and prepare mail for distribution.
• Sort mail, identify damaged or incorrect pieces, and request reprints when necessary.
• Prepare completed mail for shipment by organizing and placing sorted materials into designated postal bins.
• Maintain productivity while meeting quality, accuracy, and production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes to support operational flexibility.
• Follow all safety procedures, security requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
