Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and PC navigation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the work shift
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing approximately 20–50 pounds
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Understanding of basic production concepts and processes
• Experience operating printing, inserting, labeling, sorting, or similar production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement

Production Associate Overview:
As a Production Associate, you will be trained to set up and operate various printing, inserting, labeling, and sorting machines. You will adjust equipment to maintain production accuracy, respond to equipment error messages, perform quality checks, verify production quantities, and ensure completed batches match the applicable order tickets.

Job Duties:
• Operate machines used to print, insert, label, and sort materials such as statements, health insurance cards, and loyalty cards.
• Manually insert documents and forms into envelopes, affix tags to plastic carriers, and prepare mail for expedited mailing.
• Operate presorting equipment to sort and separate damaged mail and request reprints when necessary.
• Place sorted mail into designated bins for delivery to the post office.
• Perform quality checks and verify quantities, accuracy, and production requirements.
• Set up and adjust equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Respond to equipment error messages and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, safety, security, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
• Participate in cross-training and learn to operate different machines and production equipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
