Job Description
Job Requirements:
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and PC navigation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand for up to 95% of the work shift.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as business needs require.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Understanding of production processes and quality standards preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Job Summary:
• Operate and set up printing, inserting, sorting, and production equipment in a high-volume production environment.
• Adjust machine settings and respond to equipment error messages to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections to verify accuracy, quantity, and compliance with production order tickets.
• Manually prepare mail by inserting documents into envelopes, affixing tags, and packaging expedited mail.
• Operate presorting equipment to identify damaged mail, separate defective pieces, and request reprints.
• Sort completed mail into designated bins for postal distribution.
• Support production, safety, quality, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train on multiple production machines and equipment to support operational flexibility.
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced
