Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills and Experiences:
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience supporting production or manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working collaboratively on a production team to meet daily output, quality, and operational targets.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies, production issues, or workflow improvements and helping implement practical solutions.
• Experience working in an environment where quality, productivity, safety, and adherence to standardized processes are critical.
Overview / Summary:
• As a Production Generalist, supports smooth and efficient operation of production processes
• Enhances productivity, maintains quality standards, and contributes to the overall success of the business
• Works closely with a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent service to clients
Responsibilities:
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards of quality
• Ensure seamless operations to meet client expectations
