Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent



Job Requirements:

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and follow written work instructions.

• Basic computer skills for entering and tracking production or quality information.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and product quality.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.



Job Summary:

• Operate plastics manufacturing equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures.

• Load, unload, sort, stage, and transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products throughout production.

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or process issues to supervisors.

• Complete basic production and quality documentation using computer systems.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.

• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.

• Meet daily production and productivity goals while adapting to changing manufacturing priorities.

• Assist with material handling, storage, and inventory movement as needed.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to efficient production operations.
