Job Description
Education Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent



Job Requirements:

• Experience using a computer for data entry and basic system navigation.

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

• Basic math skills for production-related tasks.

• Ability to stand for up to 95% of the shift.

• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.

• Ability to frequently reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and climb.

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Willingness to learn and operate Pitney Bowes and BlueCrest inserting equipment.



Job Summary

• Operate and maintain high-speed inserting machines to produce accurate, high-quality mail pieces.

• Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust inserting equipment to ensure efficient production.

• Perform quality inspections to verify accuracy and identify damaged materials.

• Adapt quickly to changing production schedules and workload demands.

• Stage completed jobs and materials for warehouse pickup.

• Follow safety, quality, and production standards while meeting deadlines.

• Work collaboratively with the production team after receiving comprehensive equipment training.
