Job Description
***Only qualified Machine Operators located near the Hunt Valley, Maryland area to be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence***



Required Education

* High School Diploma



Required Experience

* Two years of manufacturing experience

* Experience working in a regulated environment

* Experience operating manufacturing equipment

* Experience with machine setup operation minor maintenance preventative maintenance and troubleshooting

* Experience working with production processes and quality procedures



**Tech Skills**

* Ability to read and write in English

* Ability to analyze and evaluate charts

* Ability to follow simple diagrams

* Basic arithmetic skills

* Basic proficiency with personal computers (PCs)

* Basic proficiency with Windows environment

* Ability to operate automated manufacturing equipment

* Ability to use gauges jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances

* Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic machine performance and product quality issues

* Ability to work independently under general supervision

* Ability to recognize deviations from specifications

* Ability to make decisions within approved process documentation

**Responsibilities**

* Set up operate and adjust a variety of production equipment including automated machine processes and controls

* Perform routine assembly line production functions including filling packing assembling labeling and inspecting

* Perform minor routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment

* Troubleshoot basic equipment performance and product quality issues

* Inspect in process parts to ensure consistent quality

* Remove defective products packaging and component materials

* Use prescribed gauges jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances

* Assist with root cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions

* Monitor quality according to statistical process or other control procedures

* Maintain accurate quality safety and maintenance documentation

* Identify the need for minor equipment repairs

* Perform cleanup functions in sterilized areas as required

* Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

* Follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures

* Follow all client safety policies and procedures

* Work overtime as required to meet client business requirements

* Work flexible or extended hours when required

* Maintain regular and punctual attendance

* Work effectively with team members and across departments
