Required Education
• High school diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience
Desired Education
• Associate of Arts (AA) technical degree with 0 years of experience
Required Experience
• 2 years of manufacturing experience with a high school diploma
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment
**Tech Skills**
• Basic proficiency with personal computers (PCs) and the Windows environment
• Ability to read and interpret charts
• Ability to follow simple diagrams and testing procedures
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to use prescribed gauges jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot moderately complex automated manufacturing equipment

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate across departments
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain punctuality to support production requirements
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications
• Ability to work independently within approved process related documentation

• Ability to work overtime as required to meet business requirements
**Responsibilities**
• Perform routine setup operation minor routine maintenance preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of moderately complex automated manufacturing equipment
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Inspect in process parts to ensure consistent quality and remove defective products packaging and components
• Assist with root cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions
• Monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation of relevant quality safety and maintenance activities
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve basic issues associated with machine performance and product quality
• Set up and operate a variety of production equipment including automated machine processes and controls
• Perform routine assembly line production functions including fillin
