Job Description
Required Education

* High School Diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience



Required Experience

* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment

* Experience operating manufacturing equipment and performing routine setup

* Experience with minor routine maintenance preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of moderately complex or automated manufacturing equipment

* Experience inspecting in process parts and identifying defective products

* Experience working with prescribed gauges jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances



**Tech Skills**

* Proficient in English with the ability to read write and analyze or evaluate charts

* Ability to follow simple diagrams and perform basic arithmetic

* Basic proficiency with PCs and Windows environments

* Ability to control and adjust machine settings

* Ability to perform routine machine setup operation maintenance and troubleshooting

* Ability to identify and resolve basic machine performance and product quality issues

* Ability to accurately complete quality safety and maintenance documentation

* Ability to recognize deviations from specifications

* Ability to work independently within approved process related documentation

* Ability to perform root cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions

* Ability to monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures

**Responsibilities**

* Set up and operate a variety of production equipment including automated machine processes and controls

* Perform routine assembly line production functions including filling packing assembling labeling and inspecting

* Control and adjust machine settings during production

* Inspect in process parts to ensure consistent quality

* Remove defective products packaging and component materials

* Perform minor equipment repairs and identify when additional repairs are required

* Perform routine cleanup functions in sterilized areas when required

* Analyze and evaluate charts and follow simple diagrams testing and inspection procedures

* Assist with root cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions

* Monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures

* Ensure accurate documentation of relevant quality safety and maintenance records

* Identify troubleshoot and resolve basic issues associated with machine performance or product quality

* Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP

* Follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures

* Follow all client safety policies and procedures

* Work overtime as required to meet client business requirements

* Report to work regularly and punctually

* Work flexible and extended hours when required

* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements
