Experience Desired: Manufacturing experience in a regulated/GMP environment (2+ yrs); Experience operating automated equipment for filling, packing, assembly, labeling, or inspection (1+ yrs); Hands-on experience adjusting machine settings and troubleshooting basic equipment issues (1+ yrs); Experience using gauges, jigs, fixtures, charts, and diagrams for quality inspection (1+ yrs)

Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:
• 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate across departments
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual attendance to support production requirements
• Ability to perform semi-routine assignments and recognize deviations from specifications
• Ability to work independently within approved process documentation
• Proficient in English, including reading, writing, interpreting charts, following simple diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic
• Basic PC and Windows skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and product quality issues
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability and willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours and overtime
• Willingness to rotate between different tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and perform minor routine and preventative maintenance on moderately complex/automated manufacturing equipment
• Adjust and control machine settings to maintain production requirements
• Operate automated equipment for filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
• Inspect in-process parts to ensure consistent quality
• Remove defective products, packaging, and component materials
• Troubleshoot basic machine performance and product quality issues
• Identify the need for minor equipment repairs
• Use gauges, jigs, and fixtures to inspect parts and measure close tolerances
• Analyze and evaluate charts, follow diagrams, and perform testing and inspection procedures
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions
• Monitor quality using statistical process or other applicable control procedures
• Maintain accurate quality, safety, and maintenance documentation
• Perform cleanup activities in sterilized areas as required
• Follow established procedures in accordance with GMP
• Follow all BD housekeeping and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Perform other duties and rotate into different responsibilities as needed
• Work overtime as required to meet Client business requirements
