Job Description
Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• At least 1 year of experience operating production machinery.
• Experience using a computer for data entry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to support job responsibilities.
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the work shift.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to frequently reach above the shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend.
• Flexibility to work required overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience operating plastic production or card-production equipment.
• Experience performing quality checks in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment.

Production Generalist I Overview:
You will join a production team and receive training on world-class plastic production equipment. In this role, you will operate, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery to produce accurate, high-quality products in a timely manner. You will also cross-train in other production departments and perform additional responsibilities based on workload and business needs.

Job Duties:
• Operate a variety of production machines to produce personalized credit and debit cards.
• Set up and operate production equipment according to job requirements and established procedures.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
• Adapt to changing production volumes and priorities, including multitasking when workload changes with little or no advance notice.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that production materials and finished products meet job-order specifications.
• Enter and maintain production-related information using computer systems.
• Stage completed materials after each production run for warehouse pickup.
• Cross-train in other production departments and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures at all times.
• Work required overtime, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
