Job Description
Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent



Required Experience / Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment

• Experience using a computer for data entry and navigating basic computer systems

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately for order picking, counting, and inventory verification

• Ability to perform quality checks and verify quantities against order requirements

• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the work shift

• Ability to safely lift and handle up to 40 pounds without assistance

• Ability to frequently reach above the shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after completing required onsite training and certification

• Ability to follow written instructions, order tickets, and established safety and quality procedures



Job Duties:

• Fulfill card orders accurately and efficiently for shipment to clients

• Prioritize and process special-order ticket requests according to established procedures

• Perform quality checks and verify order quantities using basic mathematics

• Match batch information displayed on the computer screen with the corresponding order ticket to ensure accuracy

• Balance sleeve and bulk inventory and verify that quantities are correct

• Set up and monitor equipment used in the order fulfillment process

• Respond to equipment alert messages and take appropriate action to resolve errors or issues

• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures throughout the warehouse and fulfillment process

• Safely operate a forklift, including at elevated heights, after completing required onsite training and certification

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
