Job Description
Required Education:
•High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience using a computer for data entry
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to stand 95% of the shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often

Preferred Skills and Experiences:
• High School Diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience
• 1 year of fast-paced production environment experience
• 1 year of emboss machine operating experience

Overview / Summary:
• Receive training on world-class Emboss equipment while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and efficiency to meet client Service Level Agreements
• Set up, run, and tear down the emboss machine that produces credit, debit, and prepaid credit cards

Responsibilities:
• Operate Emboss production machines manufactured by Entrust
• Run test cards to confirm the card magstripe and chip are activated
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the running of the job
• Make sure the cards and attached mailers have clear print and are presentable for customers
• Clean up the pod area and machine when the day is done

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Ability to stand 95% of the shift
• Safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often
