Job Description
Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent



Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of production support or warehouse experience

• Ability to perform quality control inspections and functional testing of equipment

• Basic computer/PC skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing approximately 20–50 pounds



Job Duties

• Perform functional testing and related triage processes for Point of Sale (POS) equipment

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure equipment meets established standards

• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues during testing and triage processes

• Perform additional duties as needed to support Operations

• Stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift

• Use both hands and arms to perform job-related tasks

• Lift up to 20 lbs. frequently throughout the day and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
