Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent



Required Experience / Skills:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment

• Ability to perform repetitive and routine production tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Basic experience operating production equipment and tools, following training and safety guidelines

• Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 50 pounds

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to follow documented procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements

• Basic computer or system data entry skills for updating production logs or work status

• Ability to identify and escalate equipment issues, defects, or material shortages appropriately

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment



Job Duties:

• Support daily high-volume production operations by performing routine and standardized production tasks

• Sort, assemble, prepare, label, and package materials accurately and efficiently

• Operate basic production equipment and tools as trained

• Perform quality checks and rework to ensure materials meet established production standards

• Update work status, production logs, or required systems accurately and timely

• Maintain compliance with information security and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive materials

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Escalate equipment malfunctions, defects, or supply shortages to the lead or supervisor

• Assist with additional production and operational tasks as needed to support business objectives



Dress Code:

• No shorts

• Closed-toe footwear required (no open-toe shoes or sandals)

• Jeans are acceptable as long as they do not have holes
