Required Education
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing experience.
• GMP and clean room experience.
• Experience with product inspection, packaging, labeling, and production documentation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will help manufacture high-quality medical products by performing inspections, packaging, labeling, and documentation while following strict quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience in a regulated environment and enjoys working in a collaborative, quality-focused production setting.

Responsibilities
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package and label products according to established procedures.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately while following GMP requirements.
• Follow clean room procedures and controlled environment protocols when required.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Report quality concerns or production issues promptly.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
